TalkAll, a product of MOVATEC TECNOLOGIA LTDA - ME, is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018) and to protecting the personal data of its users and customers.
This page provides information on how we process personal data in compliance with LGPD.
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
In compliance with Art. 41 of LGPD, TalkAll has designated a Data Protection Officer, responsible for:
- Accepting complaints and communications from data subjects
- Receiving communications from the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD)
- Guiding employees and contractors on data protection practices
- Performing other duties assigned by the controller

Legal Basis for Processing
TalkAll processes personal data based on the following legal grounds provided in Art. 7 of LGPD:
Contract Execution
Processing necessary for the execution of a contract or preliminary procedures related to a contract of which the data subject is a party.
Consent
When the data subject agrees to the processing of their data for specific purposes, such as marketing communications.
Legitimate Interest
To meet legitimate interests of the controller or third parties, respecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Legal Obligation Compliance
Processing necessary for compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation by the controller.

Request anonymization, blocking or deletion of data

How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise any of your rights as a data subject, you can:
- Send an email to the Data Protection Officer
- Contact us by phone
We will respond to your request within 15 business days, as established by LGPD. We may request additional information to confirm your identity before processing the request.
Security Measures
TalkAll implements technical and administrative measures to protect personal data:
- Data encryption in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest
- Role-based access controls and least privilege principle
- Continuous security monitoring and threat detection
- Regular backups with geographic redundancy
- Employee training on data protection
- Security incident response procedures
Security Incidents
In case of a security incident that may pose relevant risk or harm to data subjects, TalkAll will:
- Communicate to the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) within a reasonable time
- Notify affected data subjects about the incident
- Inform about the technical and security measures adopted
- Indicate the risks related to the incident
- Describe measures to reverse or mitigate the effects
International Data Transfer
TalkAll may transfer personal data to other countries in the following situations:
- Processing by cloud infrastructure providers
- Use of artificial intelligence services
- Integrations with partners like Meta (WhatsApp Business API)
All transfers are made in compliance with Art. 33 of LGPD, ensuring an adequate level of data protection.
