TalkAll's new site is online!

TalkAll grows and expands its business possibilities with each passing day! Today, we have several innovative solutions for capturing, attracting and conquering leads up to customer loyalty. However, this was not so clear. So, we decided to update our visual identity and so, we redesigned the logo and created special signatures for the various products. 

Our new brand is modular, flexible, and consistent, and so are our services.

The next step was to redesign the site. Besides bringing a new layout, totally redesigned and much more adequate, TalkAll presents a new concept of communication solutions, adding more functionalities, more technology and of course, much more reach to its tools.

The new structure presents and divides TalkAll's products into complete pages: The first one brings the Attendance Cloud API, the system that performs the attendance and the management of the whole relationship between companies and clients, centralizing in one place the conversation flows from the most used apps for customer support, such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and Telegram.

Next, the chatbots options are presented, which can be added to the customer service platform and act in an intelligent way, interacting with the public, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in an unlimited way, offering possibilities of complete conversational journeys, in an autonomous and fluid way, performing the triage of conversations and collecting the necessary information.

The third product presented is TalkAll Communication, a tool focused on sharing optimized content and promotions, sent individually, without groups or mailing lists, without SPAM, from a simplified opt-in, according to the app's Security Policies and meeting the LGPD requirements, which means more security and stability for the WhatsApp number used by the company.

TalkAll Mídias comes to complement the entire corporate dialogue process. Now, besides answering users' messages via app, inbox and direct, with this new feature, it is possible to create posts and schedule content for Facebook and Instagram. All on a unified platform, reducing and optimizing the time spent on these activities.

Premiada brings a unified system for creating and carrying out several formats of promotions, with the distribution of prizes. This platform enables the realization of recurring campaigns, according to the characteristics of the target audience, in a safe and accessible way, also offering the possibility of integrating WhatsApp for the participation of users in the proposed actions.

The new TalkAll Solutions website is modern and totally responsive. This more dynamic format facilitates the fast navigability of the user through the pages so that the access to the new contents happens in a more practical and intuitive way, strengthening the digital presence of the brand in the market.

User access to the contracted platforms continues to take place via the Login button, in the upper right corner, on the home page. The content created for users continues to be periodically updated and organized in the blog tab. The new site has efficient indexing and greater processing speed.

TalkAll's main objective is to offer one more space to communicate with its clients and future clients, in a direct and assertive way! All the reformulation project was made thinking in optimizing the communication between users, clients, suppliers and partners.
