Does TalkAll send content through WhatsApp groups?

No. The messages are sent through the WhatsApp application, after a simple opt-in, or "Acceptance" given by the user, who will only receive information if he really wants to, and also has the option, informed during the opt-in, to stop receiving at any time.

What is the difference between using TalkAll and WhatsApp groups?

All activities performed by TalkAll Comunicação are in accordance with WhatsApp Privacy Policy and LGPD. There are many risks in using WhatsApp groups to communicate with customers, for example: group links can be found in search engines, like Google, because they are shareable and thus, anyone can join a group and have access to group members data without authorization.

Does TalkAll Comunicação send SPAM?
