In the same way that insistent telemarketing calls or countless unsolicited emails that overflow our inboxes generate several annoyances, the invasive messages via WhatsApp have been bothering a good part of the Brazilian users.

Serious companies that are really committed to their customers worry about following to the letter the best practices for using WhatsApp, always keeping an eye on the updates of Meta's Policies, and the guidelines of the LGPD - General Law of Data Protection.

One of the ways to always comply with these best practices is to have users authorize the sending of communications by means of opt-in. So, do you know what opt-in is?

Opt-in or Term of Acceptance settings.

Opt-in is the authorization that the client gives to receive the content prepared by the company. Through it, the client's real desire to be up-to-date with your news is manifested.

Instead of buying cold lists and shooting in the "dark", with opt-in you can build a qualified list, increasing your business possibilities.

Opt-in or Term of Acceptance settings

In TalkAll Communication platform, the acceptance term can be included and configured in the greeting message. This way, besides feeling welcomed, the user is instructed to opt-in to receive information about your communication channel and offers.
This message can be created according to the language already used in other media, with terms and expressions more common to your audience, and even with emojis.

Still, we have provided some options to help you write a greeting message with opt-in options. Just take a look:

Option 1

Simplified opt-in is a form of unique, express and secure authorization by users who wish to receive messages from your business. Sending messages without authorization is not well regarded by WhatsApp and the entire Meta group.

If you want a quality contact list, with users who are really interested in the content created by your business, and who will become recurring customers, don't give up on opt-in. Besides all the advantages we have already mentioned, it is one more way to maintain the security and integrity of your customer relationship channels.
