Can I enable a number for the TalkAll Attendance Cloud API and still use it on a cell phone, to make and receive calls?
It is important to note, that when the SIM card is activated in the Cloud API account, for the use of the TalkAll platform, the number can no longer be enabled for cellular calls.
Does TalkAll Atendimento have a loyalty plan?
No. You can request to cancel your plan at any time. But if you are unhappy or having any difficulty with the platform, before you request cancellation, please contact our Customer Success team so we can resolve your issue immediately.
What is the difference between Cloud API and Official Green Seal commercial accounts?
Both are verified and authenticated by WhatsApp, but the term "Official" is reserved for business accounts that meet specific criteria required by the company, and only Official accounts are given the Green Seal.
How do I get the Green Seal and have an Official API account?
To request your Official API trading account, please fill out the form available here.
TalkAll has no involvement in the process of obtaining the Official API trading account, which is completely handled by Meta's support team and may take up to 7 days. There may be other internal evaluation criteria or standards not publicly shared by Meta.
How do I verify users after registering at TalkAll?
